1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Social Admirer, including the Social Admirer mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Social Admirer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Social Admirer.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to use the Service.
Social Admirer is not intended for children under 16.
3. About Social Admirer
Social Admirer allows users to privately express interest in Instagram accounts by sending anonymous "Likes."
A recipient generally will not know who sent a Like unless the sender is revealed through a feature of the Service or both users Like each other and the applicable requirements for a Match are satisfied.
Social Admirer is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
4. Accounts
Certain features require you to create a Social Admirer account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account on behalf of another person without authorization, or otherwise misrepresent your identity.
You may not sell, transfer, or provide another person with access to your Social Admirer account.
5. Instagram Account Verification
Certain features require you to verify that you control an Instagram account.
Verification may require you to send a unique verification code from the Instagram account you are claiming to a Social Admirer-operated Instagram account.
Successfully completing verification allows Social Admirer to associate your Social Admirer account with the corresponding Instagram account. You may not attempt to verify an Instagram account you do not control or circumvent the verification process.
Verification by Social Admirer indicates only that our verification process was successfully completed. It is not an endorsement of a user's identity, character, authenticity beyond the verified account, or trustworthiness.
6. Likes and Matches
Social Admirer allows you to send Likes to Instagram usernames, including usernames whose owners may not yet have a Social Admirer account.
Likes are anonymous by default. However, the identity of a sender may become available through features offered by Social Admirer, including paid features.
If two users Like each other and satisfy the applicable requirements, Social Admirer may create and reveal a Match.
Sending a Like does not guarantee that the recipient will join Social Admirer, see the Like, respond to it, or Match with you.
If a Like is sent to an Instagram username whose owner has not yet joined Social Admirer, Social Admirer may associate that Like with the corresponding account if that person later joins and verifies the Instagram account.
7. Public Profiles
Social Admirer may provide users with publicly accessible profile links, including links using the admr.me domain.
Public profiles may display information associated with your Social Admirer profile, such as your Instagram username, profile image, bio, and other information made available through the Service.
Public profile links may be viewed or shared by people who do not have a Social Admirer account.
You are responsible for information you choose to make available through your profile.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Social Admirer.
You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person.
- Impersonate another person or falsely claim control of an Instagram account.
- Send Likes or otherwise use the Service for spam, fraud, scams, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt to discover anonymous users through unauthorized technical means.
- Circumvent limits, verification systems, access restrictions, or other protections.
- Access another user's account without authorization.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect information from the Service except as expressly permitted by us.
- Introduce malware or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service without our permission.
- Use Social Admirer for unlawful purposes.
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect Social Admirer or its users.
9. Purchases and Subscriptions
Social Admirer may offer paid features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Prices and the specific benefits associated with a purchase will be displayed before you complete the transaction.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable marketplace and are also subject to its payment terms.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the applicable subscription period, subject to the rules of the marketplace through which you purchased the subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the Social Admirer app or your Social Admirer account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the applicable marketplace.
One-Time Purchases
Certain features, such as revealing the sender of a Like, may be offered as one-time purchases.
The availability, price, and effect of a purchase will be shown before purchase.
Refunds
Refund requests for purchases processed through Apple or Google are generally handled according to the refund policies of the applicable marketplace.
Except where required by law or marketplace policy, purchases are non-refundable.
10. Changes to Features and Pricing
We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features of Social Admirer.
We may also change pricing or the benefits associated with paid features. Changes to existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and marketplace requirements.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
11. Third-Party Services
Social Admirer interacts with or relies upon third-party platforms and services, including Instagram and mobile application marketplaces.
Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, actions, policies, or changes to their platforms.
Changes made by a third-party platform may affect or prevent certain Social Admirer features from operating.
12. User Safety and Interactions
Social Admirer facilitates expressions of interest between users but does not control users' conduct outside the Service.
You are responsible for your interactions with other people, including interactions that occur through Instagram or in person.
Exercise appropriate judgment when communicating with or meeting someone you discover through Social Admirer.
Social Admirer does not conduct comprehensive background checks on users and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or safety of any user.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Social Admirer at any time and may delete your account through the functionality provided in the app.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, created a security risk, or engaged in conduct that could harm Social Admirer, its users, or others.
Where appropriate, we may take measures intended to prevent users whose accounts have been terminated for serious violations from accessing the Service again.
14. Intellectual Property
Social Admirer, including its software, branding, designs, graphics, logos, and other content provided by us, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Social Admirer for its intended purposes.
They do not transfer ownership of Social Admirer or its intellectual property to you.
15. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about Social Admirer, you permit us to use that feedback to develop and improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
16. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that Social Admirer will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside our control.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Admirer is provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that use of Social Admirer will result in Likes, Matches, relationships, responses from other users, or any particular outcome.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Social Admirer and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
This includes damages resulting from interactions with other users, loss of data, loss of access, third-party conduct, or inability to use the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Social Admirer during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Admirer and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as Social Admirer changes or as necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
Your continued use of Social Admirer after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Social Admirer Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Social Admirer concerning your use of the Service, except where additional terms are expressly provided for a particular feature.
